Antique and Modern Household Auction Sale

To be held in the Palace at the fairgrounds in the village of Odessa Ont., accessible from both Hwy. 2 and County road 6, on Saturday January 12 beginning at 10AM.


Preview Saturday from 8 AM.


We have been asked by the owners of two Kingston residences, to sell the partial contents of their homes by unreserved public auction. In both cases the owners have sold their homes and moved to much smaller quarters. We will be offering quality items ranging in age from the Victorian era to modern times.


A partial listing will follow: A walnut bedroom suite, other chests of drawers, a walnut tea wagon, a Victorian ladies and gentleman’s chairs, coffee and end tables, floor and table lamps, sewing supplies, love seat and other upholstered chairs, antique piano stool, quality silver plate, prints and frames, cut crystal a small quantity of depression glass stem ware, antique crocks, a pair of antique glass vases, china to include cups and saucers, decorative plates, cake stands, Royal Doulton figurines, salt and peppers, a collection of antique butter pats, costume jewelry, etc., kitchen utensils and baking pans, a dolls crib with two dolls, a tin train, toy piano, a stripped antique trunk, a bar in the shape of a barrel, canes and yard sticks, a quantity of hand tools including some electric, a Viking 7 horse power snow blower with a 26 inch cut, a gas lawn mower, plus many more items too numerous to list.
