As is often the case with
large estates, it requires more than one sale to dispose of the quality items in

there was a two story summer residence that was also fully furnished. The second
sale will feature signed chairs by mostly Canadian cabinet makers, an open
corner cupboard in paint and a glazed corner cupboard in an old grained finish,
a refinished open hutch, a refinished corner cupboard, single drawer stands,
drop leaf tables, a banquet table in walnut, chairs and sets of chairs both
refinished and in paint, a stacking book case, collectible china including Royal
Doulton and glass from the 19th and early 20th century,
coal oil lamps and lamp parts, cast iron pots in various sizes, stoneware and
red ware crocks, wooden ware, picture and window frames, cast iron boot scraper,
figured maple furniture to include some chairs, a burled tilt top table, a
Georgian chest of drawers, a small refinished slant top pine desk with rose head
nail construction, wooden pump, several antique beds both refinished and in
paint, blanket chests to include a one drawer transitional chest on turned legs,
